Doug is Victor Capital Partners’ founder and Managing Partner and heads Victor’s Management Committee. He has been an investor for more than 30 years, including from the formative stages of three other sizeable firms. Doug was a partner of Irving Place Capital (formerly Bear Stearns Merchant Banking) for sixteen years, with a focus on branded industrial and consumer businesses. Previously, he was a founding Managing Director of Eos Partners, where he invested in middle-market companies, and a Vice President of Blackstone Group, where he worked on some of their earliest buyouts. Doug began his career in investment banking at Morgan Stanley. Doug earned his BS degree in economics from Wharton with honors and his MBA from Harvard with high distinction as a Baker Scholar. He has been involved in numerous charitable and community leadership positions over the years including serving as Chair of Penn’s Graduate School of Education, as a Presidential appointee to the United States Holocaust Memorial Council, as Chair of the Private Equity Division of UJA-Federation of New York, and as a Trustee of Greenwich Academy.

Dave is a founding Partner of Victor and serves on Victor’s Management Committee. He has been a private equity investor for 19 years, and he has experience across numerous businesses in a broad range of business service and industrial sectors. From 2007 through 2015, Dave was a Principal with ZS Fund, L.P., a middle-market private equity firm. Prior to ZS, Dave was an Associate at BBH Capital Partners, the private equity arm of Brown Brothers Harriman. He began his career as an Analyst in the Leveraged Finance Group of J.P. Morgan. Dave’s Victor boards have included Adventure Ready Brands, CodeGreen, Owl Outdoors, PrimaLoft, and SLIPNOT. Dave earned his B.A. degree in Economics from Yale, where he was a member of the Varsity Swim Team, and he remains active in Yale alumni activities and scholarship programs.

Matt is a Partner of Victor and serves on Victor’s Management Committee. Before joining Victor, he had been a close friend and collaborator since its inception. Matt has been a private equity investor for more than a dozen years and has a background in banking and strategy consulting. Prior to joining Victor, Matt was a Managing Director at Access Holdings, where he oversaw several of the firm’s consumer and business services buy-and-build strategies. Matt was previously a Partner at Calvert Street Capital Partners and spent eight years leading many of their industrial products and services investments. Before that he worked in investment banking at Harris Williams & Co. where he successfully executed sell-side M&A transactions. He also worked as a summer associate with Doug Korn at Irving Place Capital. Matt is on the boards of Coats and B-O-F Corp and has extensive board experience from his prior firms. Matt earned his BS in Economics from Vanderbilt and his MBA from Duke with distinction as a Fuqua Scholar. He has served on the Fuqua School Board of Visitors and is actively involved at Calvert School of Maryland and other nonprofit organizations.

Kim is Victor’s Chief Financial Officer and Chief Compliance Officer and serves on Victor’s Management Committee. Her responsibilities include overseeing Victor’s finance function, investor reporting, and regulatory compliance. She also assists with portfolio company due diligence and financial operations. Prior to joining Victor, Kim worked in private equity with Ames Watson, where she served as in-house finance counsel and participated in acquisitions and portfolio company management. Previously, Kim was Vice President of Finance at Towne Park, a parking industry consolidator where she spent 11 years in various accounting and finance roles. At Towne Park, she participated in more than a dozen acquisition and sale transactions. Before transitioning to private equity, Kim started her career at Ernst & Young as a Certified Public Accountant. Kim earned her BS in Accounting at Bucknell University.

Kim leads Victor’s investor relations and communications efforts. Prior to joining Victor, Kim served as Managing Director and head of fundraising, investor relations, and communications at Access Holdings, where she worked with Matt McLain. Before that, she rose through the ranks at ABS Capital Partners over 18 years, starting as a fund accountant and ultimately rising to General Partner responsible for leading fundraising, investor relations, and marketing. In addition to her work at Victor, Kim currently serves as Executive in Residence for Private Equity and as a Senior Career Advisor at Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business Master of Science in Finance (MSF) program. Kim earned her BS in Business Administration at Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania and her MSF from the University of Baltimore.

Jordan is a Vice President on Victor’s investment team and has more than nine years of finance and private equity experience. Prior to joining Victor Capital Partners, Jordan worked in the Finance group at Tesla, Inc. and at a venture-backed company. He began his career as an Analyst in Morgan Stanley’s Global Power and Utility group, where he focused on capital raising and M&A transactions spanning renewables, conventional generation, utilities, and smart grid technologies. Jordan earned his B.A. degree in Political Science at the University of Pennsylvania and his M.B.A. at Harvard Business School.

Wyatt is a Vice President on Victor’s investment team and has been a private equity investor since 2016. Before joining Victor, Wyatt was a founding member of Jackson Private Capital, a merchant bank providing advice and capital to family- and founder-led businesses. Before business school, he worked at Sun Capital Partners, where he evaluated and executed transactions in the business services, healthcare, industrial, and consumer goods sectors. Wyatt began his career as an Analyst
in Houlihan Lokey’s Industrials group. Wyatt earned his B.A degree in Economics at Northwestern University and his M.B.A. from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

Alex is a Vice President on Victor’s investment team and has over eight years of private equity and finance experience. Prior to joining Victor, Alex was a Vice President at Aterian Investment Partners, where he spent over five years. At Aterian, he led due diligence, underwriting, and portfolio management efforts. Previously, Alex worked in investment banking at Wells Fargo, where he focused on M&A and financing transactions in the industrial sectors. Alex began his career as an Analyst at Bank of America Merrill Lynch in the BofA Business Capital division. He earned his B.A. degree in Business Management with concentrations in finance and economics, Magna Cum Laude, at Babson College, where he was a member of the Varsity Lacrosse Team.

Brooks is a Vice President on Victor’s portfolio operations team and supports portfolio companies’ financial and reporting efforts. He also works on Victor’s investment due diligence. Prior to joining Victor, Brooks was an Operating Advisor and VP of Finance with Atlantic Street Capital Advisors. Before that, Brooks held various Controller and Vice President of Finance positions over 10 years, concentrating on enhancing accounting and finance operations across the healthcare, facility management, construction, retail, and manufacturing industries. Before transitioning into the corporate and private equity world, Brooks spent five years in public accounting at Ellin & Tucker. He earned his BBA and MS in Accounting degrees from the University of Notre Dame and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Justin is a Senior Associate on Victor’s investment team. Prior to joining Victor Capital Partners, Justin was a Senior Associate with MPE Partners, where he evaluated and executed transactions within the high-value manufacturing and commercial & industrial services sectors. He began his career as an Analyst at BlackArch Partners, where he focused on middle-market M&A transaction advisory. Justin earned his BA degree in Economics and Political Science from Davidson College, where he was a member of the Varsity Baseball Team.

Ben is an Associate on Victor’s investment team. Prior to joining Victor, Ben was an Associate on MidCap Financial’s Leveraged Finance team, underwriting transactions across the industrials, business services, consumer products, and healthcare sectors, among others. He began his career as an Analyst in Piper Sandler’s Debt Advisory group, where he focused on debt capital raising for private equity clients. Ben earned his BA Degree in Economics at Northwestern University, where he was a member of the Varsity Soccer Team.

Will is an Associate on Victor’s investment team. Prior to joining Victor, he was an associate at Sawaya Partners, now CG Sawaya Partners, where he advised on public, private, and sponsor-backed transactions across the consumer sector with a focus on the food & beverage and health & wellness subsectors. Will earned his BBA degree in Finance & Accounting, with honors, from the College of William and Mary.

Nicole is Victor’s Office Manager with a range of responsibilities including office management, executive support, financial reporting, and investor relations. Prior to joining Victor, Nicole was an Executive Assistant at Fortress Investment Group from 2009 to 2016, working on Fortress’ Value Recovery Fund. Nicole started her career at D. B. Zwirn & Co., a special opportunities hedge fund, in 2005 and worked there through Fortress’ acquisition of Zwirn. Nicole attended Rider University in Lawrenceville, NJ.
