New partnership will focus on delivering superior customer service and strategically expanding B-O-F’s offerings
Victor Capital Partners (“Victor Capital”), a leading middle market private equity firm that partners with branded businesses in the industrial technology, specialty consumer, and business services sectors, today announced its investment in B-O-F Corporation (“B-O-F,” or “the Company”) in partnership with senior management.
B-O-F supports grocery, convenience, mass merchant, and other retailers with unique innovative beverage and specialty shelving offerings that are highly customizable and easily tailored to meet a wide array of customer needs. The Company, headquartered in Aurora, Illinois, was founded in 1953 and has a staff of approximately 70 employees.
